Our client is an vibrant charity who are currently seeking a talented Head of IT & Data to join them at their amazing offices located in Central London. As part of their new strategy you will lead in the enhancement of their services across their technology department and identifying solutions for both systems and data.


Your duties as the Head of IT & Data will include the following  responsibilities:

Managing the IT infrastructure & support function via third parties.

You will play an important part overseeing the provision of IT services for client facing events.

You will have a dynamic approach in establishing and improving data quality and use across the organisation.

You will also lead the way to improving the use of reporting and data governance to assist the organisation in achieving their goals.

Act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring that users understand the importance of the correct management of data.

You will also lead in projects across systems, CRM and data improvements.

Works with key stakeholders in the development of new IT & data functions.

You will be able to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and business departments such as Fundraising, Finance and Marketing.

To be successful in the role you will need the following experience:

We are looking for someone with a degree/other qualification in IT, database management or similar.

Proven experience of working a similar role in a charity or memberships environment.

You will have the experience of managing infrastructure, CRM and business systems such as or similar.

You will also have a good working knowledge of SQL.

You will also need to show experience of managing or mentoring a team.

Excellent project coordination and management skills; the ability to initiate, plan, manage, deliver and review projects

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate with a number of stakeholders.

You will also be providing a high level of customer service to the users and colleagues in the organisation.
