Candidate Profile

bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience/education

five or more years of experience working on migration issues a plus, but not required

deep experience in the conception, design and execution of policy and advocacy strategies, initiatives, and programs that persuade stakeholders to take action; demonstrated understanding of the role of communications in advocacy efforts

strong analytical, writing, and management skills
